Breadometer™

Breadometer™ solves the problem of randomly placed thermocouples for baked goods thermal profiling with 1 air and 5 insertion thermocouples in a one-piece probe. This new device is designed to reliably find the coldest area in the baked good (the latest to arrive at baking temperature) in a consistent way, no matter who is using it. The stop plate raises the probe with oven spring to maintain orientation as well. Data is recorded to a M.O.L.E.®  profiler, requiring a SuperM.O.L.E.® Gold 2 (current BakeWATCH® kit) or SuperM.O.L.E.® Gold already owned. Downloading to MAP software’s special baking Environment automatically calculates and reports S-Curve data for improved yields and profits from this easy and accurate method.
