What is a M.O.L.E.® Profiler?
The ECD M.O.L.E.® Temperature Profiler is a small, battery powered temperature recording device that is designed to travel through the oven, along with your baked goods, to measure and collect detailed time and temperature information
|
How does it work?
The M.O.L.E.® profiler uses Type K thermocouples to sense temperature information. Simply connect the thermocouples to the product to be profiled and turn on the M.O.L.E.® to collect data..
Upon retrieval, remove the profiler from the protective thermal barrier and turn the M.O.L.E.® off, then connect the M.O.L.E.® to a PC and download the information. Special software takes the time and temperature information from the M.O.L.E.® and displays it on your computer screen. You can view all the thermocouples simultaneously or select the ones you wish to display.
Clip thermocouple sensors to pans across the belt or shelf to tune oven performance. Temperature differences left to right are readily apparent and cold and hot spots along the oven are revealed as well, pinpointing needed maintenance adjustments that will improve product yields and throughput. Inserting BakeWATCH sensors directily into the dough provides you with signature S-Curve data so relevant to controlling an optimum bake.
